Gonzalez Law Firm, PLLC is a North Carolina-based, multi-specialty firm specializing in family law, criminal defense law, real estate law and wills and trusts. We represent individuals and businesses throughout the state of North Carolina, from the coast to the mountains.

North Carolina Attorney Kellie Gonzalez, the firm’s founder, has more than a decade of experience practicing in the areas of family law, criminal law, wills & trusts and real estate law.
She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from North Carolina State University. Kellie then went on to receive her Masters of Art in Parks, Recreation and Tourism Management from North Carolina State University.
Kellie is a graduate of North Carolina Central University School of Law, where she received a diverse exposure to various venues of the legal system through her internships with the Wake County District Attorney’s Office, the North Carolina Attorney General’s Office and the North Carolina Court of Appeals.
While in law school, Kellie was selected as a Senior Editor for the North Carolina Central Law Journal as well as winning a spot on the Moot Court Team. In her participation on the Moot Court Team, Kellie was awarded recognition in the National Organization for Women’s (NOW) 5th Annual Sojourner Truth Moot Court Competition for being a semi-finalist. The competition featured contestants from law schools throughout the United States. Kellie also served as Secretary of the Student Bar Association.
Prior to entering her legal career Kellie was employed at North Carolina State University and with the Town of Cary.
Before opening her own practice, Kellie was an associate at a local law firm. She has also worked for North Carolina Legal Aid. She is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, the Wake County Bar Association, the Tenth Judicial District, and the Wake County Academy of Trial Lawyers.
Kellie is active in her local legal community. She participates in the Wake County Bar Association’s “Lunch with a Lawyer Program” and interviews potential candidates for admission to the North Carolina Bar.
She has been a member of Raleigh Junior League and is a graduate of Raleigh Leadership. She is currently involved in the Greenville Junior Women’s Association.
Kellie is married to Eduardo Gonzalez and has two daughters, Eliana and Juliana.
